Annette has nearly 20 years of accounting experience in the Tampa Bay area, primarily in either residential home building or commercial real estate services; her most recent position was as Chief Financial Officer for an independent local builder. She has extensive knowledge in management accounting as it relates to business development, growth and improvement of processes and procedures. Annette received her degree from Eastern Michigan University.
